For Pete's Sake
Newcastle, Leeds and Glasgow gigs off!
25th Jan Doherty was arrested twice. Once at 5:40am for suspicion of possession of class A drugs after driving erratically in London. Following his release he was searched and re-arrested in London at 3:00pm for being under the influence of class A drugs.
Riots in Newcastle as many fans turned up to the gig two days ago unaware of the arrests. The judge refused bail and Doherty was remanded in custody until 8 February, for sentencing. The press speculated that he gave the judge the finger after being refused bail. Gossip, gossip, gossip!
We'll save the 'rolling stone gathers no moss' jokes until Pete announces he's off drugs for good!

93% of guys do it each morning!
Since man invented metal - shortly after he started walking upright, he has sought to scrape stubble from his face without skinning himself alive. An incredible 93 percent of men begin their day by removing the night's stubble from their jaws, but a far smaller percentage makes the best job of it.
Seems the guys are almost obsessive in their search for the ultimate - closer, smoother, easier shave, proving in the process that the male capacity for preening and self-absorption should never be underestimated.
In our quest for filling in the 'they don't do them anymore' gaps, we hope we are able to help a few of you on your way to finding that perfect shave. We are led to believe that 'male grooming' is the latest hip and happening trend in the eyes of the ad-men, we reckon that they've got a bit of catching up to do.
We like these guys for showing us how it used to be done Carter and Bond and the fact that they went to the bother of stocking a book showing just how to load a shaving brush with soap! Thanks guys.
Editors Note: Apologies to Sir Bob Geldof, Clint Eastwood, Kurt Warner, Sir Richard Branson and Fred Flintstone - stubble is most definately out this season!
Stop Press: Hollywood star RUSSELL CROWE's stubble is being auctioned on the internet for $205 (GBP115). A hotel cleaner, who found the clippings in Crowe's bathroom after he stayed at the Hilton Hotel in Brisbane, eastern Australia, decided that other fans would jump at the chance to own the GLADIATOR facial fur. She says, "Crowe trimmed his beard in one of the bathroom sinks and being a fan I wrapped these clippings in a handkerchief and took them home."
